Oklahoma Family History & Genealogy Centers

Similar to other parts of the country, a lot of citizens of Oklahoma have jump on the genealogy bandwagon, searching for more knowledge regarding their family ancestry. This pastime is now popular in Oklahoma and a growing number of residents are starting to get interested with it. To assist them in their research, the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah, has created branch offices in Oklahoma, generally known as Oklahoma family history centers that offers a great deal of research possibilities. The centers are operated and owned efficiently by the Oklahoma LDS Family Search and staffed by competent volunteer customers that offer training courses and are readily available to respond to your questions. The centers are free of charge to the general public. However office hours may differ from site to site, and so get hold of the office in-charge before dropping by the center closest to you.
